SHIPPING - INDIAN WEDDING
For orders shipped within the USA, Standard UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or US Priority Mail will deliver your order to your home or office within six (6) business days after shipment is made from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays); therefore, your order should arrive at your home or office within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of placing your order online. If there is a problem with delivery of your order within this time, you will be notified by e-mail.
In the event you need a rush order, please call/email us for rates for UPS/FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day Air; however, you will be responsible for those shipping charges and, if applicable, any manufacturer rush charges that may incur. The above stated processing time still applies. No Saturday Deliveries.
In the event your order must be modified or cancelled, please contact us by 9 am the following business day. Any packages that are refused at delivery will incur the original shipping charges, in addition to a $20 return processing fee.
Reminder: UPS/FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes; always provide a street address for delivery.
Please note: UPS/FedEx charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not IndianWedding.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In addition to the Base Shipping Fee, IndianWedding.com will collect all fees required to deliver your purchased products to your home or business.

Shipping rates are exclusive of Canadian clearance charges, import duties and/or taxes, Canadian customs and/or government agencies exam fees. Some delivery areas within Canada will incur an additional $20 delivery fee, imposed by UPS/FedEx as an 'Outside Area' additional charge.

All International Shipments are sent via UPS/FedEx International Economy Service. Delivery times will range between 3 – 7 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping charges are inclusive of customs brokerage charges but do not include any duties/taxes or customs and/or government agencies exam fees.

International/Canadian customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. If any packages are returned back to IndianWedding.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed, customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise and any other charges levied by the courier company to return the package to IndianWedding.com. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.
