Can I cancel my order after I have placed it online?
Once the order is placed and payment for the goods is made, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Each piece of jewelry has a different lead-time for delivery. Please check in the description of each time. Once shipped, you should expect to receive it within 3 to 7 business days thereafter. In the event additional time is required, we will inform you within 4 days of receiving your order. If the new delivery time is not acceptable to you, we will cancel the order.
