Yes. We are located in Artesia, California. Unlike other e-commerce companies who operate out of home or a small office, we have a retail outlet in the "Little India" of Los Angeles , USA . We have been in the wedding business for the last 5 years in the United States.
We are an AMERICAN company with a physical presence in the United States and not a site operating out of a home in a remote village in the Indian Subcontinent.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open from Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00am to 7:00pm (Pacific Standard Time).
What currency is used for prices and billing?
All prices and fees listed on IndianWedding.com are in US Dollars. If you are using a credit card from a bank outside of the US , your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate when applying the charges to your credit card bill.

Do you have a printed catalog, will you mail one to me?
Sorry, but we DO NOT have a printed catalog. We add new products to Indian Wedding.com's inventory on a daily basis to keep up with the most current trends and new products in the wedding industry, please refer to the site for our complete inventory and available products.

How can I make payment for my purchases?
You can make payment in 3 different ways:
a) Pay using a credit card. In this case, your order will be processed as soon as we receive the order.
b) Pay using a money order. In this case, the order will be processed after we receive the money order. The check must be made payable to VAMA INC. and sent to this address: VAMA INC., 18500 S. PIONEER BLVD , SUITE D, ARTESIA , CALIFORNIA , USA .
c) Transfer the funds into our account. Please email us for bank details for wire transfer.
Can I make a purchase by using my friend's/relative's credit card?
No. Under no circumstances may you make a purchase by using your friend's/relative's credit card. The credit card must be in your name.
If I don't want to order on line, can I also place an order over the phone?

What is the difference between Billing Address and Shipping Address?
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

What is your return policy?
