What is your Return Policy?
Garments available on IndianWedding.com are handcrafted with hand embroidery and hand printing and each piece is created for you individually. The garment is made on order and hence we are constrained to have a policy of no exchanges or returns.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer the garments in the following sizes. The sizes shown are apparel measurements and not body measurements. All measurements are in inches and they cannot be changed within a size. Please note that there can be minor variations in the measurements in the actual product depending on the style and fabric of the outfit. We offer the following sizes:

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it online?
Once the order is placed and payment for the goods is made, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.
Is the clothing available at the store?
No, all garments are only available for online purchase.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 6 weeks for Casual Wear and 8 weeks for Bridal Wear, from the date the order is placed. You should expect to receive it within 3 to 7 business days thereafter. In the event additional time is required, we will inform you within 4 days of receiving your order. If the new delivery time is not acceptable to you, we will cancel the order.
Are the accessories shown in the images included in the price of the garment?
The accessories shown are not included in the price of the garment and they are not for sale.
Can there be color variations from the picture shown and the actual product?
Yes, there can be color variations. Since the process of photography and printing involves a lot of transitions and different monitors have different color settings the colors of the fabrics as seen on your computer may vary from the actual colors of the fabrics.
Do I have to pay any customs duties / taxes?
There are no duties / taxes to be paid for orders shipped within the United States. For all orders outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from IndianWedding.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
